Abstract: 到底台灣本土歷史神學研究的前景如何？應該要往哪個方向去發展？要走到哪裡去？坦白說，整個景觀相當模糊，也很分歧。不過，可以確定的是，學界的努力非常不足，成果相當有限，需要虛心檢討。以下嘗試從幾個不同的角度來切入、探討這個問題，包括歷史神學的定義、方法論、學術性、處境、材料、觀點等。
